FAQ's

What if my preloved item is really worn

We want all our Sew Aneira pieces to be worn lots and lots, so no problem at all, we would still accept your item. We would reuse the fabric into a new creation

What if its a purchase from Sew Aneira but another brand you sell?

Its a bit easier for our original Sew Aneira pieces as we know them all by heart but if you have brought from us and have your receipt as proof of purchase your trade in will still be accepted.

Can I trade in more than one item at a time?

Yesss you can trade in multiple items at a time, you will be given a discount code for 15% off your entire order rather than one item.

How does the discount work?

The discount is off one item, it can be used instore or online and you will have 6 months to use the code.

What happens to the pre-loved items?

We will always have a pre loved and seconds rail in our pops up to resell your trade ins. Any items very worn will either be repaired or upcycled.
